The Online Application System is intended to facilitate the entire online application process for new prospective students of Uganda Martyrs University. It is not intended for students presently registered at Uganda Martyrs University
To use the Online Application System you will need the following:
- internet access
- A valid email address or Mobile Phone number which you can access regularly, because as soon as you submit your online application you will be contacted as soon as possible by our team
- You need academic documents preferably in pdf format, which you will upload during application process, eg.UCE, UACE, Certificates or equivalents
Dear Applicant, to apply you will be required to pay for the application form before submitting it. Please read carefully the guidelines below .
1. You can make payment for the application form on;
Visit: zeepay.umu.ac.ug/ – this takes you to the payment page,
2. Enter: Your full name; email address; mobile number,
3. Click: CONTINUE BUTTON – you move to another page with a list of items,
4. Select: Item No. 10. Application Fees in the item list – you will see it displayed on the right side of the screen,
5. Click: CONTINUE BUTTON – you move to Zeepay Payment Advice Slip,
6. Copy: The Zeepay Ref: (e.g.) 49BB8DDD86D4B or Print the Advice Slip,
7. Take: The number to any of the Banks indicated on the Advice Slip (Add the bank charges),
8. Attached: The slip you will receive from the Bank on your Application Form and attach it to the application form before submitting, or type the reference number given
